House Rules
1. Kitchen Cleanliness
No dishes left in the sink. Dishes need to be cleaned either manually and placed in the dish rack or placed in the dishwasher. If the dishwasher dishes are clean put them away, please. After using the kitchen please wipe the counters and sweep the floors.
2. Quiet Time
Quiet time is after 10pm. Please do not wash or dry clothes after 10pm. Respect your fellow tenants.
3. Smoking Policy
No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed by the front door and deck area. The provided black ash trays need to be emptied when half full, otherwise they become a fire hazard.
4. Parking
Park your vehicles as to make room for other cars. Parking is first come first serve.
Rent Payment

Rent is due on the first of each month. After the 5th it is considered late. A $40 late fee is added to the rent.
